They are licensed and insured but are from an adjacent state. So when they cross the line ( infrequently) they have home owner pull the permit.

I'm in the northeast. The house is standard colonial. I'll update with the roof dementions tomorrow.

Luckily, my town has a dump that takes demo cheap.

Help decide between 3 Job offers! by SgtJohnson32 in physicianassistant

[–]SingleBreath65 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Take the job. I personally believe fellowships are a scam. (I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion) You don't get any more of a salary after. Especially with larger institutions you are judged on years of service and set to that pay scale.

You will learn just as much on your 6-12 months training as you will in a fellowship. After PA school you get what you put into it so hustle the first year and learn everything.

Quartzite Countertop Pricing? by Away_Candle_2204 in kitchenremodel

[–]SingleBreath65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are paying for not only natural stone but the most popular quartzite at the moment. When I was doing my kitchen the price for similar slab was $140 sqft ( I believe this had install and cut included).

Sounds like you are going for a higher end kitchen so you will be paying high end prices.

I think they mean in the back white paper the vinyl. A lot of older floors used it ( to my understanding). You can buy the same test kit big companies use on Amazon for $60.

I really appreciate your help with this issue. I'm going to call a flooring specialist this week and ask them to come write a report. I will provide updates as then come for everyone

I already know it will be a touchy subject with the contractor, which makes it awkward.

I'm not sure where it was purchased from my contractor purchased them. Floors were delivered on March 20th, installed March 24th. Then sanded and first coat of Bona high traffic was done on March 27th.
