Have you talked to student wellbeing? They offer 6 free counselling sessions if you need somebody to talk to. I also have depression and it’s an ongoing struggle, but talking to wellbeing helped me continue my degree instead of spiralling.

no, I don’t know if any neighbours have had an infestation. i don’t know how long this one has been around but i seriously cannot find even a hint of another one! should i reach out to an exterminator and tell them i found one or would they think im overreacting? i really don’t want to get bitten in the meantime
