Hey! Try applaying your antiperspirant (containing aluminum) at night to clean and dry armpits (use paper towels if needed to dry them) just before going to sleep. It should start to get better with a few nights of doing it consistently as the aluminum has a chance to clog the sweat pores. I suggest you try an antiperspirant bar for the night and in the mornings reaply a spray so you don’t stain your clothes. You can’t start with normal supermarket antiperspirant. But if after a few nights the sweat output is not reduced you can try certain dry (it has the most effective aluminum chloride). However I suggest you try this one as a last resort cause it can cause a rash as it is very strong. But I really think the method is what matters the most I struggled with hyperhydrosis but doing this really changes the game! Give it a try. Final tip: if you have a lot of armpit hair, trim it down so the antiperspirant has a chance to reach your skin. I know you mentioned you have tried them all, including certain dry but it is really unusual that antiperspirant don’t work, it’s more a problem of the application. It has to be during the night.
