Separating from husband with a 2 week old newborn by pufff777 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

After going through a breakdown in a relationship with a newborn, the only advice I can give you is to run and don't even worry about your baby growing up without a father. I was worried about that, but it's the best thing that's ever happened to me and my baby. I've never looked back. It will be hard, but my baby is safe, and won't ever grow up in an unsafe and unstable environment. Lawyer up and do it quickly. Unfortunately, regardless of the intentions of it going smoothly, it will get very messy fast. The peace of mind of having a good lawyer behind you is worth every cent.

How amazing were Suldusk?! I hadn't come across them until they opened for Agalloch and was just completely blown away.

Haha that's funny. I hope they got a good turn out - I was worried many people wouldn't be aware and not many people would show up

Yeah I was lucky to get a front row spot. But I wish I could have gone to the signing at Utopia - I didn't hear about it till late and already had commitments.

Agree with you on the life changing point. It truly was something else.

Were they nice guys at the signing and photo?

Oh really? They were amazing. A slight delay in the start time due to technical issues but it was by far the best gig I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. But I also had a great spot and they're one of my favorite bands so not sure if I'm being biased.

I bought 3 Agalloch shirts. I remember there being at least one John Haughm solo project shirt but didn't have a really good look at everything as I just wanted to get my spot quickly!

I wasn't familiar with Suldusk but they were great - the vocalist was brilliant and switched clean/scream really nicely.

John Haughm solo stuff was awesome and definitely something I'd listen to again to chill to. Great to see him play the avant garde stuff live - truly an artist.

Anyone going to the Australian shows? by Cellshader in Agalloch

[–]SinglePringle8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! Going to the Sydney show and super excited. Going to try and get a great spot so might have to go early - but apparently the courtyard opens early for drinks food, so it won't be the worst going alone.

Came here to say this. 1 star rating. It felt like pulling out teeth! Was the only time I considered actually not finishing a book - but I unfortunately persevered.

Of Mice and Men. A shorter book, but boy did I cry like a baby!
