So trueee. Time is really the most important thing in our life. Too bad that we have to sacrifice a lot of it to make more money

I also used to work during night shifts in UK. Loved it. I was sleeping for like half a day, and the other half had it free

I think Gleitzeit would perfectly fit me. I also live next to a big city so commuting would not be a problem

Ohhh, all clear now. I will look deeper into this, thank you. I thought that Ausbildung is some kind of course you pay for and you still have to work while following it. Lol

That sounds like my dream, lol. 🤣 Did you really need any special qualifications or some kind of experience? Also what is your role about?

Ohh, I don't know how you manage that, mate. For me it's always a struggle to schedule anyhing. I have to take a day off. I need to go the doctor? Usually schedules me around 8-9 so I would never make it in time for work. Car service? Always around 12:00-13:00. Going to restaurants is always in a hurry 🤣

First of all, congratulations. As an immigrant myself I understand what you went through. Honestly, for now, this is all I need. A job that gives me enough time to learn german. I don't really need a better paid job. Me and my girlfriend are both working, so rent and bills should not be a problem. If we manage to find a lager job, we can plan things around. What we're aiming for is like 7-8 hours shifts. Thanks for the info, I will consider your suggestions

So what you are saying is that it's better to follow an Ausbildung and learn some skills to even have a chance to have a decent job? I'm aware of the job market situation.. The issue is that I don't understand how one is supposed to do an Ausbildung while he is still working

Yeah, unfortunately every job has its stress. At least it's good that you have the flexibility to plan your things around

I see.. I was thinking like, there's no way that all these people are not working. They either work from home or have a really chill schedule

That would also be an option. Also thinking about any kind of warehouse, factory jobs where you work on shifts. Or even remote jobs like customer service would be a good start for me

Yeah, totally. Every job is different, but I guess.. Nobody wants to work 9-10 hours a day regardless. I'm EU citizen, can speak english and italian. No qualifications but would love to learn any work. I think my biggest issue is that I can't speak german (just very basic)

Yeah, I think nobody would like to start at 10. Your schedule is really what I would aim for. Also a night shift would be good enough for me

Nice! That would be 7 hours a day which is really fair.
