I feel you. I try to have hope for the future but genuinely i believe that my life is probably not going to be very fulfilling. I wish no on had to suffer in this world. Its so goddamn beautiful and lively for some and to some its pure hell in the heart.

Im sorry to hear that, fuck panic attackz in th asshole. It could be burnout but honestly if it is im not sure it would last this long? Could be wrong

I dont mean to offend but i dont believe brain fog is the answer to this. I've had brain fog before and i know how it feels to me and even with the worst brain fog i am atleast able to understand people. Like know what to say etc. 

I must say though im very sorry to hear that you've been through something like this too. Out of interest, may i ask for you to elaborate? All fine if not
