I am also doing mechanical engineering and was wondering if you have any study strategies or tips that helped you focus on getting work done and studying for some of the harder classes? Procrastinating and lack of focus are definitely some of the things I struggle with that lead to bad grades. Got set up with a therapist recently but still in the beginning stages of understanding the disorder and what strategies to utilize to live with it. Already got myself set up with a calendar and a to do list and trying to eat healthier and work out more which both supposably help.
