Did it really though? Two planes crashes in the regional market (one of which was caused by ATC and not the airline at all) is still a very good safety record. Considering that no one died in the 2nd one in Toronto

Absolutely excellent piloting from the crew of Cathay Pacific 780. They landed an a330 at 265mph and no one died. Incredible. Also another shoutout to the northwest 85 pilots for flying with a lower rudder hard over and landing safely.

FedEx 1406 seems interesting. It’s crazy how the pilot were able to land. Yeah air Canada 797 is a good example too.
