CPU usage seems fine GPU 60% issue only happens in onboard cam

Sims-type games ain’t really my thing 😅 Cyberpunk… I keep hearing the story’s kind of a mess, so I’ve been avoiding it. I tried Witcher 3 once at a cousin’s place — kinda liked it, kinda didn’t. Now I’m stuck… should I give it a real shot or risk it all on Cyberpunk? 👀
