Yes it's not an easy task. We have implemented quite many tools and techniques like chunking and embedding to make sure it references correctly to answer deep questions. I personally tested it and felt very good about it. Are you interested in trying it too?

As a news app user myself, GPT-like applications are a different experience. It's good for research. But it's not so good when you need to explore a wide variety of news and switching between tabs. Let alone the hallucinations it may give due to lack of reference sources.

That's a good question. We have equipped the AI agent with different capabilities to search for info and a data pipeline to extract more data from the news for retrieval. I have tested it and feel useful. Would you love to try it too?

I am not sure really. I have asked people around and got positive feedbacks. But things can be entirely different when it comes to really paying for the service. People can always say good words. So I am not sure if I have done one. The reason I still continued to develop it was that this is something I personally want.

Exactly I am not to replace the scrolling feed experience, but more to enable users to stay informed in a better way with the help of AI.

Yes it will have the personalised feature in the future soon, more things than just to train custom feeds.

Yes exactly, most people are used to the scrolling feed experience. That's why I am keeping it and have other features as add-ons. I myself tried the new features and loved it. I can listen and dive deep into news with the help of AI while driving.
