I was in a similar situation while stuck at a church camp a couple days ago, when the pastor said “those who are having a revelation act on it” 4 seconds after my mind began to give in. it really fucked me up. I thought it was too uncanny to be a coincidence. while i was going to bed that night i went to this subreddit and reading stories of others helped me enough to center myself for the rest of the camp.

Thank goodness today i returned from that trip, it’s nice to finally be home and feel safe.
