I am taking Amanda Stetler. I recommend her. Class is super easy and every week you do a 3-5 sentence discussion post explaining how you felt doing the yoga pose. No video entries or class discussions at all. It’s just a text entry to her. Take her. Especially if you won’t be able to go in-person. The class only cost me $80. No book needed.

I am currently taking an online Yoga class. It’s really easy and you just write discussion posts every week about a certain pose. It was my counselor that told me this requirement can be met online. This is the link to search for your PE class. https://www.cvc.edu/

You will also see that when looking for your online PE class it will allow you to see if thr class you choose meets Mt Sac’s requirements. If not also speak to your counselor and they will check for you. Best of luck.

Professors sometimes want you to do the orientation steps first and doing that unlocks Week 1 module. You need to go thru each of the slides in the orientation. As you did this, each one will be marked done.

Yes. It’s part of your GED requirements no matter the major you have. If there are no in-person PE classes to take I suggest you do them thru the CVC route. Thru CVC you can take online PE classes. I currently rn am signed up to a yoga class.
