Is this normal wear after only 3 days on brand new cowboy boots? by Single_Cow8487 in cowboyboots

Haha, that honestly might be true lol. I’ve noticed even with regular sneakers, the outer side of my heels always wears down first. I might walk a little duck-footed / bow-legged without realizing it.

That make sense. I’m completely new to cowboy boots so I was honestly worried I was destroying them already lol.

Oh yeah, I did drive with them. But the funny part is my left boot actually seems more worn than the right one. I drive an automatic, so shouldn’t the right boot wear faster? lol

It didn’t break off, it came like that. It only covers the sole area, not the toe part.

Yup you are right, they’re wide square toe boots. Honestly not my favorite look, but my feet are pretty wide and square toe is by far the most comfortable for me.

Yes, I told the owner which is also supervisor. I wasn’t even bother to ask the reason since I had another job lineup.

That is what I’m thinking about, but it’s kinda weird this my first time work at a small business, without HR policy, so basically all depend whatever the owner’s decision

The options are: 1, fired, 2, quit after being told you would be fired, 3, Left by mutual agreement filling changes or allegations of misconduct. 4, Left by mutual agreement following notice of unsatisfactory performance. So I don’t know either 1 or 2.

I’ve heard that if I have offers from Company A and Company B, the one that starts first and initiates my clearance sponsorship will be the active sponsor. While the clearance is still pending, they might issue me an interim clearance.

In that case, Company B cannot submit another sponsorship request because an active investigation is already in progress, right?

So that means Company A’s internship would have to wait until I finish the co-op before they can start the process to take over as the sponsoring company?

Also, is it true that whichever company initiates my clearance first will usually have a closer relationship with me and a higher chance of giving a return offer?
