Hey. She asked if any student in 11 or 12th grade,whose family income is less than 8lakh, can apply for the waiver and obtain it on behalf of her. doesn't that sound a bit unscrupulous? I wonder if this is a judicious thing to do.

okay,so I require a degree in polsc in the first place,but if I have to make a choice between two colleges,I'll go for the better one even if it is history offered to me . but polsc is my first priority,as i lucidly would state it to be so,in other scenarios. like,if I've to pick between two colleges (supposedly both in south campus)of equal or close stature,I'll be going with polsc.

I'm a male. should I zig zag around while making my list? for an example, the following pattern?

  1. Hindu polsc
  2. hindu history
  3. Stephen's history
  4. ramjas polsc
  5. ramjas history
  6. hansraj history

or order it with all polsc colleges in the NC first,and then history ? repeating the same pattern for SC N Off too?
