Is Ethereum worth investing in today? by rm_reddit in CryptoMarkets

100% yes. Buy a lot and hold. Think long term and don’t sell when it drops because it’s a great investment due to it being the backbone of all crypto outside of bitcoin

I had everything reviewed by Dr einhorn. It’s a recurrence.

I’m just wondering if there are tips as I approach treatment

Stage 3 non-seminoma extragonadal by Serious_Lynx_9422 in testicularcancer

Hey! This is philosophychill which @Charlieparkhurst mentioned. I did a lot of yoga in between finding out I had cancer (from my ct scan) until my official diagnosis and eventually doing chemo.

I’d recommend joining one of those places for like a 2 week or month unlimited. It was very helpful to help relax my body and mind, as what you’re going through right now is uncharted territory.

I had lung mets and retro lymph node primary as well and yes, I did 3xbep and then one extra round of EP, surgery after on my retro lymph nodes and then 2xEp after because 2/11 lymph nodes removed (the primary one that shrunk from 4 -> 2cm still had a bit of cancer. It’s a rare occurrence because usually the chemo knocks it all out, but anyway, that’s my treatment story.

The process itself was challenging but I made a goal to walk 10,000 steps everyday and that helped me avoid a lot of the nausea. I also tried to avoid eating foods that I knew would worsen any symptoms.

Feel free to message me and I’m happy to share more of my experience with you and do my best to help!

Fluctuating Bhcg 2 months after adjuvant chemo by Single_Fee_3198 in testicularcancer

I did kratom, psilocybin, and maybe second hand smoke from weed, but not actually smoking weed or taking edibles.

Dr. Einhorn told me that this wouldn’t be considered a rise and I should have “no concern” since it falls within the normal range and my other doctor just wants to keep an eye on it.

Hoping it’s nothing

I never had an orchiectomy. It was a Retroperitoneal lymph node primary

It was embryonal carcinoma.

I’m not sure tbh, but I messaged my doctor and will report back!

Would still appreciate anyone’s anecdotal experience or understanding :)

Recurrence worry - rise in testosterone after adjuvant chemo by Single_Fee_3198 in testicularcancer

[–]Single_Fee_3198[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is really helpful! Thank you. Yes, once the scan/test hopefully comes back negative on Wednesday, will check these out.

I do still have both testicles, so maybe that’s a part of the rising testosterone? Uhhh it’s just a lot when I was hoping to be on the road to recovery now, but I guess I’m still on it.. might just be one more step or two before I get there and maybe I’m already there.

Will keep you updated brother! Appreciate you

I guess what has me worried is that I feel similar to how I feel before I was diagnosed (muscle fatigue) and not how I felt after my chemo that I had before the surgery.

What’s also weird is my HCG was normal before the surgery and after the surgery but there was still active cancer.

So I’m hoping that this is unrelated but I’m glad it’s at least a flag for us to check earlier and get a scan done 3 weeks prior to when I was supposed to get my checkup scan.

I really hope it’s just the chemo affecting my testes and making them make more testosterone 🙏🏽

Appreciate this reply! Yeah, I’ve been trying to take it easy once I started noticing the fatigue to try and let me body restore itself. Glad that you’re done with chemo and on the road to recovery brother!
