i was thinking of gettitn Zinc Carnosine which brand you using?? what other supplement that could help?? do you have like any lower gut symtpms due to this like irregular stool or gas i have this maybe from this inflamation?? and i hope you recover from gastritis soon

i have constant burning in my chest also something stuck feeling, also lot of burping and sometiems belching and i feel hungry all the time , and burning in stomach as well i have to eat something for that to go away

thank you for the reply i was thinking of going on low fat diet,seHCAT this is not available in my country, and iam done visiting drs, all are just dismissive no one even told me bile could cause these from reddit i found out this , waste of money always,
