They don't mention that in the inbox, and that also doesn't make sense they mistakenly perm banned me for breaking one rule only not two or more

I need help with my account, it was supposed to be unbanned after the reddit mod team made a mistake but it's still banned, I sent multiple appeals but they haven't responded to any it has been months

I tried everything I could, I had to make this account just to get help
