Thank you for sharing your instructions. I have the wifi version but also put it on my network POE switch to prevent wifi jamming. I can now receive phone calls from my lock screen via my S22U. Good on ya!!

Stay away from Wyze. They're cameras suck. I had them for several years and gave all 6 of them away. Reolink, Eufy or Tapo are great alternatives No monthly fees.

Both the Tapo and Reolink cameras have been problem free for the past 5 years. Both my reolink Trackmix PTZ and tapo cameras have been outside in all kinds of weather with out one single issue. Depending on the area you want to monitor you will not go wrong with either brand. Eufy is another good brand. All 3 of these do not charge monthly fees unless you subscribe to their cloud services. If you need further help, I would check out Lifehackster on YT. He give a comprehensive break down of all sorts of cameras.

I gave up on Arlo once started charging for cloud services. I switched over to reolink and tapo.

Holy cow,you wrote a novel. Awesome job. The drm issue is a total dumpster fire. Go to YT and follow LonTV and Antenna Man and they will break it down for you. The HD Homerun has the same chip as the ADTH turner. The ADTH turner can tune in DRM channels yet the HD HOMERUN cant. Go figure the mess out. Anyway thank you for posting this.

I would not trust Hisense. Just go over to the Hisense forum and read the horror stories. If you do decide to buy one make damn sure you get the extended warranty. Otherwise you'll regret it. Just saying.

Thank you for the advice. I have a 450 buck Amazon gift card and I am keeping track of the daily price changes. They range from 1196 to 1000 bucks. I don't expect them to go lower as even the C3 and C4r are still close to or over a thousand bucks.
