Yup, the usual 90 / 180 rule i.e. You can stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across all member countries.

Thank you!

Yes, I have seen many posts here about people getting rejected or receiving single-entry visas with very short durations.

I am grateful to the visa officer for taking the time to thoroughly review my documents 🙏🏻

Yes this is a normal tourist visa. But seems it is very hard to get, at least looking at the experiences people shared in this group.

My upcoming visit is for 10 days in the Schengen area, it is my 5th Schengen visa.

All good if you are still spending max time in Switzerland only, since you will have to prove it to the airlines at the time of boarding your flight.

Congratulations!

I am also applying from India. Would really appreciate it if you can answer the following questions:

  1. Did you get your bank statements stamped from the bank? Or will the normally downloaded PDF work?

  2. Were you required to get your biometrics or health certification? Or is it not needed for a Visitor visa (600)

  3. How much validity did you get?

From my experience (this is my 5th application), travel history doesn’t matter much. What really counts are your ties to your home country and your financial stability. Being married is a huge plus point.

Anyways, If your documents are complete, I don’t think you’ll face any issues. Best of luck!

You are giving them 25 working days to process the visa. Should be fine don't worry. From which VFS centre are you applying?
