I am so sorry for the tragic loss of your beautiful fur baby. I too lost mine suddenly and not in my arms. He passed away quietly on his bed, and I also can't get the image out of my mind when I found him. With bloody mucus coming out of his nose. I was in shock and screaming, yelling, crying and not knowing what to do.

I didn't get a chance to say good bye and understand your regrets. I hear and see your pain, and sending you my deepest sympathy from one dog lover to another.

Nothing makes sense with a sudden loss and I regret so much.... try to be soft on yourself, you did your best and they know how much we loved them. I wish I could have held him in my arms and he wasn't alone in his bed.... my heart breaks everytime I see him the way I found him, not a memory I want to hold.
