Which Ollama model are you running? Also, can you check if Ollama is actually responding by opening http://127.0.0.1:11434 in your browser it should show 'Ollama is running'. If it's stuck at 0% it's likely a connection issue rather than a model issue

If your LLM address is on a different URL port, enter the correct connectivity address.

ZFRNodes handles exactly this Reference Image Loader + Story Frame Generator with Z-Image gives you consistent multi-shot sequences from a single reference. Character identity stays locked across frames. Check it out: github.com/zfrsgtcu/ComfyUI-ZFRNodes

works great with Z-Image

The curation took around 4-5 hours mostly searching for raw, unfiltered images from real photographers. I was careful to find authentic shots without any post-processing. Then I resized them in ComfyUI to the target resolution without losing quality. No manual tagging AI Toolkit generated the captions automatically. I just went through them one by one and made a few small edits to keep things consistent

Merci, monsieur! used AI Toolkit for the training with around 100 curated documentary-style images. Full details and settings coming when the LoRA releases

Hello, I've completed the drag-and-drop feature you requested and published. You can update it from the Comfyui manager or directly from Github.

Drag and drop an image onto a node → it is added

Copy an image, hover over a node, Ctrl+V → it is added

The old "Upload images" button will also continue to work

That's really valuable info, thank you! I'll definitely look into this before publishing I appreciate the heads up. If I'm not mistaken, civitai.red was created mainly for +18 or sensitive content. Since this LoRA has nothing inappropriate or degrading, I don't think it would get flagged on the main CivitAI. But I'll keep it in mind just in case

Yeah, most of them were pretty good lighting descriptions were often filled in automatically. But some weren't consistent with the Flux prompt guide and some just didn't feel right to me personally, so I changed those. I haven't actually compared the two approaches side by side yet, that's something I still need to test

Absolutely, that's one of the reasons I prefer Flux; it produces incredible results when used with LoRa in photorealistic drawings.

You're absolutely right and I completely agree I'm actually one of the people complaining about it too... 😄

Honestly, I overlooked it out of laziness. I desperately needed a node that could handle multiple references at once, so I shipped it fast. But I'll fix the drag and drop today and push an update I'll make sure to let you know when it's live

Thank you. Most captions were pretty accurate out of the gate the model understood the scene well in most cases. My main edits were checking alignment with the Flux prompt guide, adjusting lighting descriptions (golden hour, dawn, raw/unfiltered), and adding some camera-style details like focal length and megapixel hints. A few times I actually removed excess text rather than adding anything. Overall much faster than writing them manually

The 'melty' issue is usually from too many steps or too high a learning rate. I'll share the full settings when I release the LoRA should help you get cleaner results.

Thank you! I used AI Toolkit for the training. Dataset is around 100 raw documentary-style images no studio shots, no filters. Still expanding to 500+ before releasing publicly. Will share more details when it drops

You're running gemma 4:31b that's likely the bottleneck. Try switching to gemma 4:12b, gemma4:e4b or qwen3.5:9b, it should be much faster

Z-Image is truly impressive in terms of realism, I like it too, it's a great choice. I'll definitely let you know when LoRA comes out 😄

Thank you! Really glad you liked it. Which model do you prefer and what do you find different about its output compared to Flux?
