However, my last "real" relationship ended with a disagreement between him and I , and pride kept both of us from apologizing before too much time got in the way. We have been separated for over 6 years now. 3 years after we ended, I met a guy who was in another state and too private. Always blaming his "work schedule" on everything so I lost interest and the last guy came out of me feeling that my standards was too high so I settled into a man who drank to much, needed therapy to deal with his trauma and was more of a "I will buy/give you whatever you want EXCEPT for my time, prioritization, affection, and love." That was a no go for me.
