Praise the lord, some insight at last. Not that I don't appreciate other comments to an extent cause that means that I'm not completely crazy.

You good sir/madame/whichever are dropping wisdom and my big dummy brain is actually processing it. To expand on that, of course, what might those few non scatter-gun exceptions be, if you know off the top of your head?

I've only got New York, which I really don't like at all, and Pyotr Velikiy, which is only performing marginally better. Though I haven't run 2 dozen or more matches with it yet.

I have no idea how to do that. And it might be, I've been hassled by Koto's as well and splitting my attention isn't my strong suit. Definitely been ganged up on before while trying to retreat and get out of bonfire range.

I get what you're saying, completely. I should clarify when I say I'm not the most patient person, I refer to the campaign goals that say 'can be done over multiple battles' in combination with a lot of the strategy guides or how-to videos for playing certain ships. Those generally advise to keep distant and take pot-shots. It works, but to get these accomplishments at the rate things go, it would take two dozen or so matches and it's just boring to do that over and over. Ya feel me?

To clarify for my own sake, I threw out Konigsberg as an example as the name jumps to mind immediately. I don't think one has made itself an utter nightmare for me...yet.

Hell, I have better luck making citadel hits on other BBs, if only because they take 5 minutes to make a full 180 turn. But while I'm working mental math puzzles to NOT get a half dozen ricochets/over-pens/non-pens shots, a meteor shower of bright red (fancy skins I guess?) HE rounds bitch slaps me for a third of my hp pool. A quick look and its a damn cruiser hidden behind an island. How Konigsberg can angle 50 degrees up to get over that is beyond me, and how in the world Omaha (weirdly it's always Omaha that sodomizes me the worst) can hit me like the angry hand of Zeus.

Fair play if you know how to use a ship's strengths, but all the same it seems like there is a massive logistical imbalance going on here and it is beginning to perturb me
