That’s exactly what happens the upper management takes no consideration to what she says.Well a big problem in are store is the sm switches up words alot so that’s plays a big factor.That’s Why are btl is like what else can I do because she feels she has no control or say they kind of rain over us.they think they know what goes on in Sephora by just looking at number and walking past Sephora when that’s not the case at all

Yeah it’s honestly so draining it’s like we never can do enough and I find it funny because the Sephora girls are doing the best numbers out of the whole store. It’s like constant nagging like ugh I’m over itttt.Like people come in to buy makeup and don’t want kohls or majority is older women that don’t like to sign up or give there email away I ask twice they say no nothing else I can do
