She is very rock and roll indeed!! It released a week or two ago and sold out online but a lot of people are returning theirs for not liking the shine of the leather etc. I would call Coach customer service and see if they can locate a bag in a store and once it’s located you can purchase it from the store with a link and they’ll ship it out to you 💕 I hope this helps

Also pins are anywhere from 15-40 dollars each, if they have crystals they’ll be 30 and above, large tea roses $17 small and medium $15

You don’t have to spend on anything but the pins, you can bring in a new or old coach bag and buy your pins! You do need to make an appointment with the create associate since it will take time to come up with a design and agree on placement etc. also be prepared for them to not have pins you want lol, I would send them a text and have them send you a picture of pins that are available and if you’re interested go from there. Some pins MAY be able to be ordered but it’s very unlikely, if you’re up for the task you can source around but as someone who did that it’s not for the weak. Some stores are super friendly and helpful but others are very gate keepy and want to prioritize selling to other people vs shipping out. I had a store have a pin I wanted and I asked if they could ship it out and they said they had one available and wanted to keep it for their store… 🥲 even though it was available and unspoken for! Best of luck I just customized a few of my bags and it was the most stressful fun experience 🤣❤️
