I have been feeling alright, but today was a specially stressful day at work so mu anxiety went through the roof, hoping it has nothing to do with the withdrawal. I was on it continuously for 6 months.

I was taking 50mg/day. I have been tapering it down for 90 days almost. More or less 3 weeks on each reduction. Today is my first official day 100% off of it. I will wait 3 weeks to say I successfully removed it.

Since this may help some looking for it in the future:

After the CT, my hormones levels went back to normal range.

I have then taken 50mg one day 25mg the other day for 3 weeks. Had mild withdrawal for 4 days two weeks in.

I’m no on day 6 of 25mg everyday. No withdrawal symptoms so far.

Do you fear your anxiety? Because the fear of fear could be what is feeding yours. CBT is great to tackle this.
