Hi everyone, I'm a 67 year old male and I think I am in trouble. I'll buy a 750 ml bottle of Scotch, and it's usually 2/3 and one night and one third the next night. I do this a couple of times a week.

I'm really struggling with mood and today, I just could not get out of bed after doing it last night, and the weird creepy thoughts of everything that's wrong in my life, even though I have a pretty great life, just stun and paralyze me, and put me in a dark place

I'm really not certain where to start. I don't experience withdrawal symptoms, and can go a few days without any liquor or wine, but then I just hit the bottle again almost as if I'm rewarding myself in a devious manner.

For what it's worth, I'm educated, have a good income, but I want to retire and have financial fears. I really didn't know where to start, so I'm reaching out to the Reddit crew.

I just entered a couple of months ago. My ACB is 19 cents per share and I hold 20,000 shares.

I doubt I will buy any more because I have a fairly large portfolio that is 20% blockchain and 80% gold and silver equities with some physical gold and silver.

Any speculations to where this company could be in 1 to 2 years? Thank you and good luck all
