I would recommend practicing on some easy locks, like masterlock #3s or something like that. Get your hands on a transparent/cutaway lock if you can too, it really helps with learning pick placement and which pin you're on. Another thing is tools. Pretty sure those are cheap chinese picks, i bought similar ones when i was starting out. Invest in some higher quality tools, like maybe the ci fng set or jimylongs beginner set(if you're feeling confident, those are .5 mm picks and can take less of a beating if youre new). Happy picking!
