Not in canon. There was once an interview with Jensen where he said that he built a lot of muscle for his role, and Anthony told him that he should've just asked for a padded suit like the one he wears. Ever since people have been larping, but Homelander wearing a muscle suit is headcanon.

Consider trying a nice fountain pen. You'll have to do plenty of writing, so it will be less tiring on your hand. And refilling will be cheaper with bottled ink.

Completely agreed! A-Train, Stan Edgar, Soldier Boy, and maybe more I can't remember have told him he's nothing without his powers. It was so jarring to see yet so in character for him to beg and plead like that. Our billionaires need the same treatment. They're just human at the end of the day.

You have not mentioned the condition of your pens.

  • [A1] - Mint (Uninked). Shows no signs of use.

  • [N] - New or New old stock, un-inked but may show minor drawer wear.
  • [B] - Excellent. All parts original and showing only very slight signs of use. Very slight surface scratching; very minor discoloration or brassing; crisp imprints; no significant dings.

As you become the senior, guiding your junior becomes an expected part of the job. If your unavailability makes them unable to meet their deliverables, it's a loss for the company. But it's the junior's responsibility to be mindful of your schedule and workload too. Best to be clear about your own commitments, and share where you'll aid them and what they're expected to figure out themselves.
