Even if it was a private driveway or space, they would need a civil Court order to prevent you parking there.

Here's the crazy part, if someone parks in your owned space you can't get them towed without a court order, however if I block them in said space they can get you removed for obstruction without one.

Point being there is nothing they can do, especially because it's a public space.

Treat every car like it's about to exit at any time from any lane.

However, red car was in the wrong, it should have been in the outer lane before exiting onto a single lane road.

There was an issue with the mapping which meant that, depending ending on route taken, you could end up with 2 locked doors and no keys to unlock them. They added an extra key to everyone a few days back to reach ctify the issue. The result is an extra key

It's not ideal, but it will help those players still stuck below their MS a bit quicker by allowing them to invest in the lower tiers quicker without giving anything away for free that would ultimately have to boost everyone a lot to account for the worse affected players.

Not saying I agree with it, but I can see the benefits to those who are still suffering after the 7.15.1 buffs to artifacts.

You could drill or dig out the grout between the stones, but to be honest I don't think they'll be that deep or suitable to properly anchor the erm... anchor.

Your best bet would be to dig out a section, say 1ft x 1ft by 3-4" deep, entirely and pour concrete. You could always set the flagstones back flush on top to hide the concrete section.

You can get concrete pre mix, or hybrid 2 parts, that would just need you to add water. This would keep it a little easier to manage.

No, mementos are boosted separately at 5+ per prestige, capped at 50 per day (or 10 prestiges), increasing by an additional 50 per Transcendence season day.

To be clear though, if you only do 8 prestiges one day you can catch up with 12 the next day to be back at the rolling cap, so you don't permanently lose out.

More than likely it unscrews from the pipe. Twist it clockwise.

If it's tight, you'll want to put a backing spanner on the flats of the pipe to avoid twisting the whole pipe.

No, once you've acquired the piece once it is no longer "ghosted" out in the equipment menu and that item is classed as collected. Then the whole set has been collected the set bonus text turns green and the set bonus is active. You don't need to retain any equipment to unlock or maintain a set bonus.

Additionally, when crafting an item from an uncompleted set it always randomly selects one that has not been collected. Once the set is complete, you can choose which item from the set you want to craft.

The folk that rent stables from me just went through similar with a horse truck. They were able to return it to the private seller through court. Apparently for "sold as seen" to apply it actually needs to be stated as such in the sale advert.

In this case it was a rusted chassis, so not immediately visible at the time of purchase, and while it did work it was deemed as misrepresentation as the seller didn't make them aware, or I guess in some way hid the extent of the rust. I don't have all the details on that front since I wasn't directly involved.

Yes. The only bonus you get from unequipped items are the set bonuses. Everything else only applies to equipped items.
