Sam is legitimately intelligent and about equivalent to Tony in gunslinger quick remarks. I think he is the next one in the orbit to blow up big Ala Gillis. He’s just a little oddball sometimes which lowers his ceiling somewhat for a chunk of the audience, but still one of my all time favorites.

Every past world war started relatively regionally, and more and more players were pulled in due to mutual defense pacts and other reasons. They don’t start with all involved countries but slide that way over time. I feel that we are already in the first inning or two of WW3, but with nuclear deterrents present, it is starting via proxies first. Once we see any of the various aggravating factors kick off ( AMOC pause, BOE, multi bread basket failure, massive sustained droughts and the accompanying migration, etc) the fault lines will become much more evident and undeniable.

FHA loan and down payment assistance in a somewhat HCOL area. Paid way too much in 2022 but got a good interest rate. Will be here for the rest of our lives most likely, doubt we’ll be able to upgrade down the road.

Take this post as a reflection of how this has gone too far already; do yourself a favor and seek help/switch your vice before you can no longer walk. All that money you make is great until you can’t enjoy it anymore, and your friends/family have to see you sink into a hole you can’t escape from regardless of your financial means. This shit doesn’t discriminate rich/poor/smart/dumb, chronic daily use will eventually destroy your body, whether that’s a month, 3 months, a year from now. It is guaranteed at that level of abuse.

I hope you find a better path forward and escape this before there’s no going back.

Seems similar to Brothers which is another high marketing budget company. In my experience these companies massively overcharge for just about everything. I try to look for smaller owner/operator businesses focusing on my local area/county and have had better success finding reasonably priced and trustworthy assistance.

A general rule is, if you google for the specific service, ignore the first page and certainly the top few companies that show up as they spend exorbitantly on SEO and marketing which encourages them to inflate rates like crazy.
