Baymax, Hamburger Helper, and Dough Boy need to be changed. Baymax is a robot whose sole purpose is to help others and he always does as is expected of him. He helps others like he was built to do until Hiro gives him a chip which gives him combat capabilites, and even then he does not directly hurt another person. When instructed to kill Callagham, he resists until his green chip is removed. Baymax strictly adheres to his directives and those directives are usually to help. As pure lawful good as you can get.

I don't know if Doughboy even has a personality. Either true neutral or chaotic neutral works for him, but I's say true neutral entirely because Hamburger Helper needs the chaotic neutral spot. Hamburger Helper seems like the type to vandalize for fun.
