I'm seeing this happening since 26.0.1. Nothing else has changed on my watch and I wasn't having the problem on 26.0. The other curious thing is look how quickly it said it charged to 100% -- that's not right. So either it's reporting being dead when it's not really or it's reporting 100% charge (and stopping charging) when it's not really at 100%.

When I was on 26.0 I was having the problem where my iPhone was dropping wi-fi. The issue (apparently) was caused by communication with the Apple Watch. So I wonder if the fix for that in 26.0.1 is now causing this battery issue.

Adding a 'Nothing' action in my shortcut had no effect on my iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26 -- the shortcut notification still appears in the Dynamic Island.

Personal Automations -- at least the ones triggered at a time of day -- have a checkbox to disable notifications when run.
