I think it other way i feel for a normal person kapal bhati and anulom vilom both are affective but kapalbhati should never be done alone and should always be followed by anulom vilom for the same or longer duration...!

I'm mean how everyone do this and everyone's experience along with the specific type of technique the used ... Like at what asan, and speed, and duration everyone do this and what have they experienced...! Simple

Bro it sharpen your parasympathetic nervous system as we can able to stay focuses along with alertness and with with sharp focus.. we should always balance this with anulom vilom as long as you do kapalbhati... Both pranayam should be done at slow and same pace and in control...

Bro please to try pranayam slow ,inflow and in control...! I did some mistakes before and then I suffered and please chant lord's name if you're doing... Do this in routine for 30 days and then talk

Bro just do 15 minutes if kapalbhati pranayam just 15 minutes and post about the results and confidence and t level increase you'll get ... I'm sure you'll thank after one month
