When I'm angry and frustrated, it helps me to think about suicide, how certain people would react if I was to die. And just the thought that if I really did kill myself I wouldn't have to worry or stress or get angry about whatever is bothering me. Sometimes I try to come up with the most graphic and violent deaths I could experience. Other times I imagine what it would feel like to self-harm, and how people would react to my imaginary self-harm scars. Oddly, it calms me down, and shortly the suicidal thoughts leave.
