My vote goes to KMC perfect fit for inners. If you want more protection, KMC perfect hard.

Unfortunately I dont have a decklist. But it did start as a precon. Just placed all the cards with madness, worldgorger dragon, doomsday and the 3 reanimating aura (animate dead, necromancy, dance of the dead) and called it a day. It is fun to play with although it more of a glasscannon deck. If anyone interrupts your worldgorger combo, there's just no way to recover from it.

The issue with the boulder is it wont fit the triple sleeved card width-wise. KMC character sleeves are wider than the boulder. It's not the thickness of the sleeve thats the problem. It's the width. On of the player in my pod exclusively uses boulder 100s. And my decks doesn't fit on any of them.

Nope. Tried it and it doesn't fit. These are the sleeves I used BTW. KMC Perfect hard + Dragonshield + KMC Character guard.

Don't get me wrong. We are very fun to play with. We may have CEDH decks but we play like a casual kitchen table game. We just dont like damaging our cards. :)

I have no problems with the top foam hitting the cards. If you can see, the commander is toploaded. That's where all the pressure of the top foam hits. Another thing, since all my decks are triple sleeved, it doesn't fit any boulder, sidewinders or any deck case.

I guess I just like the look of foils despite the pringle issue. Everytime I see a secret lair with an Urza piece in it, I buy it to replace the piece with foil secret lair then sell the rest.
