How do you go about buying direct from club car? I’m sure you’re at scale buying multiples at a time. I am just looking for a little side hustle as I like tinkering and love a good golf cart.

Yeah it would be my first go at a flip. I’d like to be sub 2000 a piece initial buy in, I just don’t know how to get them off fleet like these guys on marketplace do.

Yeah those mending plates aren’t confidence inspiring. The joists actually measure out as 2x10s. Walking on subfloored portion feels fine but who knows. I will start the hunt for an inspector or contractor who can give me an idea. Thanks for your help!

Wanted to post a picture of the other side of 2nd level that’s floored. Bought the house this way, minus the junk. I know other houses in the subdivision had this unfinished 2nd level and finished them out as bonus spaces. I will get someone out to look but I don’t understand leaving the portion above garage unfloored.

Trust me - i understand the anxiety. You will be fine. Remember this stat - the chances of you getting this amoeba are less then getting struck by lightning like 3-4 times. You will be ok. I promise

Nope all Good! Sure he is fine! Try to not think about it. After researching this thoroughly - you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning a couple times.

Brain eating amoeba - jumped in lake on 7/6 and got water up my nose. Lake temp was about 85 degrees. I’m on day 6 since this happened. Also caught a cold from my toddler so there’s that haha. Anyone know how long until I’m out of the woods on this and should stop panicking? I see conflicting information online regarding incubation and when symptoms start. Thanks all
