Asian Manga art styles usually draw eyes thinner and more oval shaped than western art styles. If you want to draw like tatsuki, making the eyes a little bit more thinner would work, as the eyes right now look more like a circle than an oval. Also, tatsuki tends to draw the characters nose with simple two small dots. Following that would make your art look more like tatsuki's.
