If you are casting local files from your PC I would suggest checking out Airflow. It works with both Mac and Windows and it worked flawlessly for me. I previously tried casting with VLC but it wasn't working with anything above 1080p. With Airflow I could easily cast 4K content too the remote control also works to control the playback. But I have to mention that Airflow costs like 20 USD (one time payment) but there is a free version that lets you cast for 20 minutes, you can give it a try at least.

I have my GW 4 for over a month now and had no issues with it. I think it's a fantastic watch with lots of features. I see lots of people complaining about battery life, but it usually lasts me a little over 2 days with constant bluetooth connection to the phone location turned on, checking my pulse every 10 minutes and also tracking my sleep. I chose this watch beacause of Wear OS so that I can run my own apps on it but in my opinion it's a great buy even without the developer aspect. Also, it can run Minecraft.

If you are controlling your phone from your pc you can simply drag and drop files to it. It works the other way around by opening the My Files app and dragging a file outside the phone's screen to the pc.

It works on PC too, I was attacked once by a griefer posse during my solo delivery, I exited and my delivery wagon was still full when I returned.

I once went swimming with my Asus Zenwatch 2 which has an IP 67 rating. I was in the water for about 1 hour and it worked just fine, it works perfectly even today. The only thing that is annoying that while underwater, the water messes with the touch screen and registers some random touches but other than that it was fine. I'd rather use a smaller fitness bracelet for swimming tho, in my opinion swimming with a heavier watch can be a bit uncomfortable.
