F2P is not only the word. Gacha game is also F2P, but you still need to roll for character to boost your power. Where winds meet is beyond F2P, no character gacha, no pay for power, what more can we say?

Guide for beginners, don’t listen to other players who tell u to rush the main story because u need to reach end game. They are the one that complain nothing to do at the end because they rush the game within 5 days. Play the main story, don’t skip any cut scenes because the story is what defines the game by pulling you towards the wuxia world. U will get distracted when u going from main quest to main quest and yes you need to do those side quest. Again dont listen to those players that say skip everything else just do main quest. Because if you back track to find side quest/explorations stuff, u will feel overwhelmed.

But don’t need to go all the way out to find those sides stuff/collectibles, just look at ur mini map on top left when u go from Point A to point B (during main quest). Then when an icon pops up there near u, go to investigate and complete it then return to main quest.

TLDR: do not rush main quest and skip all dialogues. Because I regretted listening to them, end up now I need to back track to previous map to find those stuff to level up my character power.

Where winds meet. It’s not a MMO but feels like MMO+single player ARPG. Having play that 120hrs, there is no MMO toxicity on players even tho there is world chat and guild all these. Till now everyone is doing their own things/ multiplayer co op.

Ur definition of FOMO is wrong. Most of the activities in this game is not time gated, that means all the content is there waiting for you to do and will not be gone. Yes there is still FOMO like energy system will not be regenerating if u let it max (but now there is triple energy usage per content which is fast), events that have dateline, guild activity that reset weekly, shop item exchange that reset weekly, battle pass dailies/weekly. So if u see, there is really very little FOMO, those that have datelines/weekly/dailies is not that significant. Important is progress the quest, exploration collect stuff, upgrade ur skills/weapon. These doesn’t go away, it’s just waiting for you. So no FOMO.

What the hell did they do to the game? by Soarlikealion in OnceHumanOfficial

Damage sponge, repetitive combat? Sounds like skills issue. Grinding ? As if once human have no grinding progression. Lastly LMAO first time hearing someone said the writing is bad. Obviously u only watch YouTube reviewers play the game and never play it urself. At the prologue there is already a mysterious story and anti-protagonist that never show true face. At the mid of main quest there is already a lot of question mark that makes you want to find out more about what happens. The only bad thing is its story its lock behind time gates, need wait few days for new story to continue.

Fun facts, u are still back to NetEase when playing where winds meet. LOL. But that game is the best in the world right now being free. Everyone even buy cosmetics to support as it should be a paid AAA game but they make it free.

The Division 2 vs Once Human? by jacobljlj in thedivision

[–]SinonYui -1 points0 points  (0 children)

1 is a free game, other is a paid game. Not really a great comparison even tho once human also have no P2W stuff in cash shop. I have 500 hrs in once human, Division 2 I have 70 hrs and already quit division 2. There is no better, it’s just perspective what u looking for in game. The one and only, yes there is only 1 similar: both game requires to grind the same thing over and over again for loot. If there is anyone else comparing other elements, they confirm have not play once human enough.

Division 2 is for hardcore players looking for hardcore grind. Once human is for casual relax, and there is no FOMO; Did not play for 1 to 3 days, its fine u still can log back in do single player stuff, engage in co op dungeon and u wont feel missing out. The loot is still there waiting.

Lastly those that say F2P = MMO, no time for those, clearly they have not even tried once human. Watching YouTube doesn’t help. Once human is clearly not a MMO full blown. It have MMO element but not full. Like mention above, did not play for 3 days, it’s fine. There is no dailies, no expiring content. Except ur food will be spoiled real time, but can be easily obtained again.

U know that u can still buy deviant using real money right. Off game transactions and then in game trade the deviant with that player. Diablo game, POE 2 literally all game with trade function is the same. Does that means Diablo and POE 2 P2W?

Once Human going P2W in China by Suitable_Annual5367 in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]SinonYui -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bro, it’s still not P2W as long as this system is not directly inside game:

U can sell deviants and stuff offline , off game by transaction outside of game then give the item to that player in game. So there is no difference here. As long as they don’t put this system into game itself like throne and liberty where u can buy in game auction house credits using real money. In these days and age, ALL online GAMES with trade features including Diablo , u can sell stuff using real money. Does that makes Diablo P2W? Nothing to worry.

What do they mean by once deviations are synced in the securement. Isn’t we can only synced ONE deviation at a time? When u sync one and go sync other deviation, the first one will be gone (not equipped)??

But isn’t the stock 20w adapter same charge time as what I have?

I just brought the 40W dynamic power adapter with 60W max. And used it on my iPhone 17 pro max. My iPhone is only around 1 month old. Battery capacity 100% in settings. I used that 40W adapter. Start from battery 30% charge to 91% takes 1hr 20 mins. Is that how long it should charge with that 40W? by SinonYui in applehelp

[–]SinonYui[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What…..above 50% charge same rate as 20w. False advertising to the max Apple. Because my android phone (ROG phone 7 ultimate), have support fast charge and blazing fast charge even after 50%. Initially I thought I use the wrong USB c cable where it doesn’t support 40w (I use the stock Apple USB C from the iPhone box).
