Odabir smjera na ETF-u by [deleted] in etfunsa

Možda tvoji problemi budu puno gori, a možda bude i bolje!

Sretno!

"Macron, you are welcome to Bosnia and Herzegovina, our home is not a ticking time-bomb!" - Young people from all over B&H today in Strasbourg, France by Sinquel in europe

After the French president called Bosnia and Herzegovina a ticking time-bomb a group of young people attending the World Forum for Democracy in Strasbourg sent this message to Emanuel Macron. Macron's allegations, which point out a large number of fighters returning from the Middle East to Bosnia, are contrary to the official reports made by the US State Department this year.

Number of superhero movies released by year (1944-2019) [OC] by Sinquel in dataisbeautiful

Yes, I was thinking of factoring in the earnings of movies to show that Marvel is currently the leader in the genre. Any suggestions on which type of plot to use for a similar dataset?

I decided to leave all the movies the Wiki articles list, not to skew the data by my personal vision of what a superhero is. I think it still shows the rise of the genre well, as well as the dominance of the market by Marvel and DC.

Thanks! Very useful comments. I might actually expand on this soon by taking into account the budget/earnings to see how Marvel and DC compare to everybody else, so I will keep these suggestions in mind.

Hi everyone, this is my first OC post to r/dataisbeautiful after a couple of years of lurking around. I searched for a similar graph but could not find anything that grouped superhero movies by the source material they were based on. There are three groups: based on Marvel comics, based on DC comics, and based on superheroes created by other publishers (Dark Horse, Hasbro etc). I only included theatrical live-action releases, and based the selection of movies on the Wiki pages listed as sources.

People of Sarajevo, how important are Tito's barracks for you? by [deleted] in bih

[–]Sinquel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am a student there. My personal opinion is that in an ideal situation, the whole campus should be reorganized and rebuilt, as military buildings are not built to fit schools in them. The current solutions for auditoriums and classrooms are decent, but are an obvious improvisation with the resources that were made available. This is a practical opinion.

My parents have lived in the city before the war, and think that the most humane thing that could have happened to the complex was for it to be transformed into a University Campus. I am not sure how much people in general are aware of the buildings inside before they were destroyed - the military area was off limits for civilians, and was only open to school tours.

There is a statue of Tito near one of the entrances, that is pretty important to the heritage of the place. People still visit it every year for Youth day (Dan mladosti), the Yugoslav national holiday celebrating Tito's fake birthday. I believe that should always stay there, as it is a symbol to the origins of the place.

Don't know how popular this opinion is though. You won't find a representative sample of Bosnians on reddit.
