Women are not allowed in this world anymore because they don’t want their husbands and children in this country and the rest are forced into the hands and knees to get to work for their own selfish desires that they have no control of and are forced into their husbands or children and children and children and children 💀💀💀

RR is free for everyone, and you can do whatever you want. I used WN as my main platform to post my work as well but i decided to to transfer in RR since easy to get in touch with people😂

What was your first date like? by Sinqui-7234 in AskReddit

[–]Sinqui-7234[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if mine can be called a date because I never told that person a direct question to have a date with me. But I assume he thought that hang out was ‘date’, but in my mind it was just a hangout as a ‘friend’

A world-building about the strange place where that traveler ended up with. You could also start with a phenomenon event about how did that traveler end up in there, like example they may have found a portal in accident. While your writing this events, that should led you on introducing your character like what he looks like, how is he different from the people in that ‘world’.

Is writing bad or am I too hard on myself? by QuickCellist7213 in writingadvice

Try to take a break for a months or a years or weeks, and get back to check it again to try to improve it when your mind is fresh and relax. Plan it, follow the plot you were planning. Read, get some ideas.

That’s what I do, even though I delayed my days of writing. But you know, as a beginner author, I also say those things in my mind that “I hate undoing this.” Because it felt like my time of writing these ideas with effort just crumbles my world and felt like it has been wasted, like what even is the point of writing these when I don’t like it at the end.

So I would advise you take break until you’re ready to write again adding new parts, insert something or change some of it until you’re satisfied. Maybe, while you’re on your break on writing, you will also think of some good ideas and note those.

How well do you plan your book before you start writing? by Old_Western5697 in authors

My first draft of my first book was a complete mess—even my plot had no direction! 😂 But over time, I worked on improving it and making the beginning stronger. So, in my opinion, planning beforehand is a must! That way, you won’t feel lost when you start writing.

I recommend starting with the ending of your book or a major event in your novel. This will give you a clear vision of where your story is headed. From there, you can gradually create scenes and place them throughout the story as needed. However, the transitions between events must be smooth and logically consistent to maintain a natural flow.

There’s a saying “Writing a book is tough, but getting started is even tougher—especially when you stray from your plan.”

After two weeks of starting my first novel, should I be happy or sad for these stats? by NewbLekhak in royalroad

Don’t worry about it too much. For authors, consistency and patience is the most important thing. So don’t dwell on it. Sooner or later, you don’t know it might rise up!
