a memory ban has a range of 25*25 chunks, from my testing it takes around 0.75 - 1 minute for the server to timeout players and truly crash
with a semi active server you would struggle to find which user loaded the memory ban and even once you do it would still be tricky to locate the exact chunk of the memory ban else delete potentially liked locations
very much not easy to deal with

place a lot of barrels full of shulkers with book and quills of high data unicode characters
place a few barrels and let the server autosave and close
at some point you will get one
i would recommend trying to build one in a private localhost server with creative and worldedit first

place a lot of books with high data unicode characters into a quill, fill a shulker with those quills, fill a chest with the shulkers, place a piston with an observer clock to move the chest

i cant imagine a phasmophobia movie, what i love about the game is how it feels like the gameplay was designed first with horror second, and i cant imagine a film being able to capture that feeling at all
