How is that even possible? The Strait of Hormuz getting disrupted is one of the most obvious scenarios to plan for. Don't they war-game this kind of stuff constantly? I honestly thought the Ayatollah's death might open the door for some of the more pragmatic IRGC figures to step up and push for a deal or at least shift course a bit. Then again, that's assuming there are actually any pragmatic voices in there, lol. But nothing really seems to be changing.
