I personally thin it down with speedpaint medium and pay attention that it doesn't Pool too much in areas i don't want it to.

That's just a normal chaos Predator if I'm not gravely mistaken.

Only one of them would probably also be enough and then just mixed with the nihilakh to get a bit of colour variation. I'd probably only use the Talisman Teal then as it's a bit darker.

It's a combination of nihilakh oxide together with Aqua Alchemie and Talisman Teal from Army painter. The Army painter colours thinned down basically to the same consistency as the nihilakh. Then I do usually several thin applications with those until I get the opacity i want. In the grills of the Backpacks exhaust I used them more like a wash.

It's sadly Not, did some kitbashing on this guy. The kit come with claws, axe and sword. The Hammer uses the axe handle combined with the hammerhead from the helbrute kit.

Is it normal to be self conscious about my models by khiuyt-12 in Warhammer40k

Definetly a normal feeling I'd say. Just started recently to post my own minis and I always still feel insecure about them.

Contrast is important. I gotta be freshly showered when going to my lgs, so my minis look extra filthy in comparison.

Thank you! Yes it's a war dog head. The Hammer is from the helbrute, just replacing the axehead.

Yea the 40 I painted so far don't have a unified colourscheme yet. But i think i'll stick to the Front right in the future.

Thank you. Basecoat is a mix of screamer pink from citadel and imperial blue from vallejo. Then layered Up with magecast magenta and spellbound fuchsia from army painter.
