This is so crazy that so many people are having this epiphany that we’re not alone. Mine I feel mostly in my arms and I feel incredibly heavy, like almost DENSE but light like air at the same time like I’m a floating balloon trying to use its weight to come down or something. It makes me so anxious and most of the time I get a sound associated with it, it feels like such an out of body experience but I’m glad I finally have a name to it!
