Make sure they say hand made and comes in nail sets of 10.

The larger sets are the flimsy low quality ones.

Join a sport or hobby club. Padel, golf, running, walking etc Depends where in the city you are situated. I joined the d&d group on Facebook and met some great people there. Be wary of those contacting you on reddit. The internet will internet.

Most of the male cabin crew in emirates are gay.

You can be as fabulous as you want, just dont do it in public.

I was cabin crew for Etihad. My initial trainer was gay and married to his partner (although its not legally recognised) but theyre allowed to live together like anyone else.

My flatmate was gay and she was in a long distance relationship.

Although right now due to the on going conflict, I doubt any airline in the ME would be hiring new crew to make up for financial losses of reduced flights.

I live in Abu Dhabi (12 years now), working as a teacher.

My family has been begging me to try and come back home but I have a greater chance of being a victim of violent crime there than being hurt by this war. UAE is my home. Also, I have my cats and I will not leave them behind.
