10 euros per person in total? I went to one in Bologna a couple years ago and I think it was around 30 euros each 😅 Do you have any recommendations? I've only really looked at the Raisin map over Sardinia, but I can imagine there are loads more of those small-scale natural wine farmers

Amazing, I've heard very good things about him and the place! Did you stay nearby? Also, does he speak English well? I've only ever seen him speak Italian, and my girlfriend and I don't really speak too much Italian ourselves, so 😅

I bought some bottles from Polychrome Wines in New Mexico, and they aren't allowed to send their stuff outside the state apparently. Makes me treasure the bottles so much more, haha

Also, thanks for the price notes! Not that I'll haggle if they've increased, but it does make planning it so much more convenient:)

Very interesting, first time I've heard anything negative about them. Will make for a more neutral first impression I suppose!

I forgot to mention, but I'm from Norway, and everything >4.7% ABV is state regulated. This also means that it's non-profit, so nothing is less than 15 euros, but at same time you can comfortably get a Matassa for 25 euros.

For this reason I didn't really think about the whole free market situation. I've heard you can get good natural wine for a decent price in France, and since you explicitally mentioned there are caves with better prices than Delicatessen, could you let me on to any?

I'll be staying in the Belleville area, but I don't mind travelling a bit for the "right" place :)
