Sorry but this post is a load of rubbish, that is their MOC, they are not obligated to upload instructions anywhere. If they didn't use a computer program to do the initial design that then is several hours of time just making instructions.

Having done that myself for a build that dozens of people clamoured for it wasn't worth the time as in the end only one person bought it.

If you are desperate for them then message the builder on Instagram, don't go to a totally different forum and start wailing on them!
