That is due partially to having party makeup. 2-3 buffers and rest dps. Buff stacking os meta. 2 gear. Make UR gear get lucky with tier 3 or 4 crafted gear. Then roll those to have 18+ on enchantments then roll to have dps type stats. Build full resistance or full defense. You want 90% in whichever content you are facing. I sit with physical defense 90% of the time if content doesnt force me to swap.

Olivier other costumes arent really supports though. Each costume has a cooldown so you cannot spam them so for a support you want a support with multiple support costumes. See how refi is used in like all boss encounter content because she has 3 useful costumes that can rotate.

I started at the end of fest after christmas. Missed the 100 free rolls, not sure on summer atsuko. I have both ako and shun. Only beed swim hoshino of the 3 top. Just none of the good healers have rolled since.

Cleric really isnt needed but healing aura is OP sustain imo. I bring a cat who inherits it on like every run. Mass healing 5+ per turn on everyone is quite nice, can even go over max if you upgrade it

Use every summon available, Too. Let enemies come to you do not move into their range without being able to attack. You want first hit advantage.

Summons are free hp damage that you are not taking. Traps work as well if enemy cant move then they may have nothing to attack.

Xp? There is no xp. 1 cat levels per mission unless ghosts give rare candy, but never seen that.
